🧼 Do you really use only eco-friendly products?

Yes! All our cleaning solutions are biodegradable, plant-based, and free from harmful chemicals like bleach, ammonia, or synthetic fragrances. They’re safe for children, pets, and allergy sufferers.

🕒 How long does a typical cleaning take?

It depends on the size and condition of your space.

A standard 2-bedroom apartment usually takes 2–3 hours.

Deep cleans or post-construction jobs may take longer.
We’ll give you a time estimate when you book!

📍 Do you serve areas outside of Poznań?

Yes — we primarily serve Poznań, but we also reach nearby areas such as Luboń, Swarzędz, and Komorniki. A small travel fee may apply.

🔐 Is your team trustworthy and insured?

Absolutely. All of our cleaners are background-checked, trained, and fully insured. We value trust and professionalism.

📆 Can I book regular cleanings?

Yes! You can book weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly cleanings. Many of our clients choose a regular schedule for convenience — and discounted pricing.

🔁 What if I need to cancel or reschedule?

No problem! We ask that you notify us at least 24 hours in advance. We’ll gladly reschedule at no extra cost.

🧴 Do I need to provide any supplies?

Nope. We bring all our own eco supplies and equipment. If you have special preferences or tools you’d like us to use, just let us know!

📦 Do you offer move-in/move-out or deep cleaning?

Yes, we do both! These services are more detailed and include things like window interiors, fridge & oven cleaning, baseboards, and more.
